Am I locked in to a contract?
No, you are not locked in to any contract. You will be billed monthly and can cancel your plan anytime.
Are there any set up fees?
No. There are no set up fees to use our platform. You only pay for the monthly plan you signed up for (and any additional SMS credits you used), or the messages bundles you purchase if you are using Pay As You Go.

With our Business plan you’ll be assigned a virtual mobile number and be able to receive replies on our platform in real-time. The number is dedicated to your business only, and remains yours until you choose otherwise.
How many characters can I send in 1 SMS?
There are 160 characters in 1 standard SMS message. It is possible to send longer messages, it just means that your message will use 2 or more SMS credits. When you type the message on our online platform, you will see the character count change and it will let you how many SMS credits it will use. If you use unicode (such as emoji, symbols or characters with accents), they will take up more characters than standard text.
